Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning exercise therapy which:-

Re-aligns the spine and improves posture through gentle streching and strengthening movements.

Increases flexibility

Improves muscle tone of the stomach, buttocks, thighs and waist.

Reduces neck and back pain.

Leads to lower stress levels.

£5 A SESSION

Friday morning 9.45  -  10.45am.

Wilsden Village Hall.

Bring something comfortable for lying on.
